Today was just a really lovely day

Stayed at Jay’s last night and we bantered all morning, then went to Art Not Apart to support my housemate as she sung in the Mixtape Chorus, had what was maybe a date but also not with a guy called Hayden and saw some fun art but the coolest thing was having my first experience of Virtual Reality technology to a new Safia song (and I accidentally punched the the guy monitoring me), then Skyfire evenings with housemate and Grace and James and finishing it off with Frugii ice cream.

It's not every day that you meet one of your favourite Australian artists, let alone get to spend a whole day showing them the sights and secrets of your own hometown! Yesterday I was lucky enough to hang out with the indomitable @girlrexdoor (George Rex), and after a day of exploring op-shops/comics/games/street-art stores, and an expensive trip to Eckersley's, we rewarded ourselves with dessert at #Frugii. Here we made our first collaboration, titled 'The Emotional Rollercoaster of the Perfect Selfie'. ☝💁📷 You can meet this amazing lady tomorrow at the @notedfestival Publishing Fair, at Gorman House Arts Centre from 10am - 3pm. She'll have a stall FULL of comics, zines, stickers, badges and more!
