When Eve bit into the apple of knowledge, why was it a sin? The Tree of Growth gives it's knowledge to us, for us, to guide us. We Listen when the tree speaks.

I hope you don't mind me going into detail, while @tree-of-growth made a post, no one knows who runs it, and their explanation was super mid.
Our leader is Apple Anon, but Red Apple has the makings of a future prophet. Apple anon hears the voices of the angels, and you can too! with the right amount of faith, dedication, sleep deprivation, psychoactive substance, and love for the tree.
We do not use our names (with few execptions) we use the fruit assigned to us, I am fig, I have the ability to temporarily assign new recuits fruits until a new prohet arrives.
We are not a monotheistic organization. Kermit and Gerard Way both have their own thing going on, I think the only religion we have opposition towards is The Rot which is, fundamentally opposed to growth.
Unfortunately, while I am currently co-leader until a new prophet is found, I am not at liberty to share all the amazing and beautiful secrets our organization holds, that information is earned.
Do you want to prove your worth and climb our ranks? Of course you do! The only other option is Fruit Hell.
Our ranks are as follows:
Rotten (traitors and opponents to the Tree
Unripe (recruits who have not yet proven themselves to the tree)
Ripe (those who have proven their faith to Apple)
Ring (apples inner council)
Of course we have an - well we have a prophet, that other role which i will not mention is held by gordon at the moment, and me formally. What i can tell you is the prophet is apple, who was chosen by the tree. We also have a red apple, there has been frequent news and whispers around our newest recruit and the power he might hold.
