I think the fact that they have so many canon queer relationships is amazing !!!!! especially because when you look at the audience (predominantly teenager gamer guys ((((def generalising here))))) i think it’s really progressive and a really really positive thing that something w a following this huge is doing so much for queer rep :’) this is exactly what we need in media targeted for this demographic, and it’s so refreshing to see <333

#I’m doing a queer studies course this semester and like . when I saw all the relationships on the smp it blew my mind #bc this isn’t what you’d expect from a bunch of gamers????#++ where I’m from literally every teenager knows and follows the lore #so thinking abt how much more accepting these ppl will grow to be just from exposure to queer relationships in this form makes my heart so h #happy** lmao.
