Quite pleased with my first ever #hawthorn and #apple #fruitleathers! Made with Hackney’s finest hawthorn berries foraged from Walthamstow Marshes. Generally I found it quite tricky to extract much flesh from the berries as they are mostly seed - but you can definitely taste the ‘hedgerow’ not just the apple.
