day 8-9/100

so yesterday (friday) was okay:

• i had two lectures which were alright, not great but okay

• i went to a trampolining session that i couldn’t go to last semester and it was actually rlly fun!! i did some great lazy backs so i’m hoping i’ll be able to cody pretty soon ahhhh!!

• i very nearly didn’t go to a pal session (peer mentoring, so like we turn up with our homework and the second years can help us if we need, technically they’re compulsory but our pal people are rlly chill) because i didn’t want to be the only person going but also my moral conscience made me go and my friend was here so it was all good!!

• me, gaby and a maths friend went to see nat in the operasoc show and it was so good wowowowowowow then we met eiry and george in the pub and watched wales win!! so all in all good day except

• when me and gaby got home (we walked in the snow which was so fun eek) we found our kitchen trashed bc m decided to host pres again????? was v annoying but we refused to clean up this time so thankfully he’s done it today

today (saturday) i’ve been tackling my homework which has made me feel a lot better about it bc i was confident i couldn’t do any of it but actually i managed some!!!

tried taking pics of my notes but i missed the natural lighting so they looked rank ://

day 6-7/100

boyyyyyyy i’m bad at this but nothing has really happened, just more lectures basically. annoyed that i haven’t made particularly pretty notes that i can post so i’ll do that at the weekend.

days 4-5/100

SO mass update and all will become clear why i haven’t posted:

so after moving eiry in on SUNDAY i thought i would fall straight to sleep but noOoOoO i watched the kissing booth and didn’t end up sleeping til 1:30/2 ish.... then woke up on MONDAY at 5:40 so yet another night with next to no sleep!! MONDAY consisted of a calculus lecture (lecturer reminds me of an elf so it was enjoyable) and a stats lecture (lecturer reminds me of the hairy bikers do immediately liked him but he put me to sleep... oops), plus it was gaby’s birthday so we went to revs where z got rlly drunk and made me rlly uncomfortable, m pulled and the bouncers were fit (plus there were some gorg girls there so i came out to gaby as bi woohoo). went to bed at 3, then woke up at 6 but forced myself to go back to sleep because like... three continuous days on 3 hours sleep was not a good idea. so TUESDAY (aka today)(day 5)(i think), we had a financial maths lecture (lecturer seemed very cool and it threw me off, sat with n who is still ginger) and a sets, series and sequences lecture (lecturer was pretty cool i liked him, kept me intrigued). went home and went on a quick shop, then went to trampolining and did some lazy backs but jogged my neck so i’m currently sat with a hot thing on it lol, saw dad (sho bought me more food oof) and i’m going to sleep watching the ted bundy docuseries on netflix, so goodbye my friends :))

day 3/100

so i went to bed at 6 am... because we waited up for the boys to get home. then me, gaby and lawrence cleaned the kitchen. i basically did nothing else today except move eiry into her new flat but it was very nice.

last night we drank and made new friends with nick and mark’s friends and they were all so nice!! and also attractive ;) all in all a successful night (although weird, they dyed their hair and then half of them were running around our flat naked.... still don’t know why that happened)

day 2/100

so today has sort of been a lazy day (okay, not sort of, definitely) and i’ve been feeling really really ill so i’ve spent all day in bed watching netflix. i watched all how sex education and started the ted bundy series which was very interesting!! bit of a write off of a day but i enjoyed it still so it’s okay

day 1/100

so it’s kinda hard to be productive today - exams have just finished and second semester doesn’t start til monday, so instead of focussing on being productive today, i thought i’d do a day of doing purposeful actions. i read something a while ago about focussing on purposeful actions rather that the traditional idea of productivity, and i feel like that would be a better way to think of my days til monday.

i know i’m blabbering but what have i done today?

• me and gaby adventured to tesco in a part of leeds we’ve never been to, we wandered around and realised how cool it is there and how much more stuff they have than other shops we normally go to!!

• i painted my nails (twice lol)

• i plaited my hair - which involved getting over my perfectionistic tendencies (normally i avoid plaiting ny hair completely so i don’t have to face the possibility that it’s wonky or not as perfect as kt does it)

• in a bit i’m taking eiry to pick up her key for her new flat and even though it’s only a little trip it’s still building my confidence driving around leeds!!

• tonight i’m finally meeting my housemates for next year (they’re eiry’s pals and we haven’t met yet) over wine so i’m going to try and not drink too much lol
