After the peach thinning. I’d read about June drop and then how you were meant to thin them out before mid-July so here’s a video of #peachwatch2019 after I thinned them out. It was brutal and heartbreaking to do, especially as everywhere I was reading said I had to allow 4-6 inches between each fruit. That meant a lot if peaches had to go! I only counted 8 branches in the before video but in my distress I miscounted. There are 10 branches. 83 fruit on the tree and I removed 49, leaving 34 peaches to get big and juicy, please! 🙏🏻 🤞🏻🍑🍑#peachwatch #fruitthining #thining #junedrop #peaches #thegardeninggoodlife #balconygarden #balconygardening #containergardening (at Surbiton) https://www.instagram.com/p/BzbMmbog28X/?igshid=4kp722u79br7
