Strawberry Lemonade
You can enjoy a vegan lemonade that is bright and refreshing, with flavors of pomegranate, strawberries, and mint. It's great for hot summer days or any time you want a fruity drink that will keep you cool.
Ingredients: 1 cup pomegranate juice. 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced. 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves. 1/2 cup lemon juice. 4 cups cold water. 1/4 cup agave syrup or maple syrup. Ice cubes.
Instructions: Put sliced strawberries, mint leaves, lemon juice, agave syrup, and pomegranate juice in a blender. Mix until it's smooth. You can strain the mixture to get rid of any pulp. This watermelon cantaloupe lemonade is a fruity and refreshing take on regular lemonade. It's great for hot summer days or any time you need a cool, refreshing drink.
Ingredients: 2 cups watermelon chunks. 1 cup cantaloupe chunks. 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice. 1/4 cup honey or sugar. 2 cups cold water. Ice cubes. Lemon slices and mint leaves for garnish.
Instructions: Using a blender, blend the chunks of watermelon and cantaloupe until the mixture is smooth. To get rid of any pulp, strain the puree into a pitcher through a fine mesh sieve. Fill the pitcher with cold water, honey or sugar, and lemon juice. Mix things together well. Put ice cubes in the glasses and then pour the lemonade over them. Add a mint sprig and a slice of lemon to the top of each glass. Mix it up before you serve. Have fun!
