Summary:
He does like Lan Zhan. He figures this out during a game of Truth or Dare, eleven-forty at night, when Wen Qing dares him to kiss someone else around the firepit and Nie Huaisang says what about Lan Zhan, and Wei Ying is expecting Lan Zhan to stiffen up or walk off, but instead he just leans over and kisses Wei Ying right on the mouth and his lips are firm and warm and a little hungry, and Wei Ying kisses him back until someone says, distantly, come on, guys, break it up, and Wei Ying realizes that his hand is fisted in the back of Lan Zhan’s shirt and his whole body, somehow, has migrated into Lan Zhan’s lap.
He looks at Lan Zhan, then, the kiss-bitten red of his mouth and the way the fire makes his eyes glow gold.
He thinks: Oh.
