welp I'm glad I didn't totally go off on the one lady because I just checked my email and I had an autoresponder message saying she's out of the office! Fuck!

So anyway I forwarded the whole email chain to the person in her autoresponder (who isn't even the other maintenance lady which Concerns Me) and added as much detail as possible and I really fucking hope she can manage having a plumber call me.
