I found an interesting paper with a scale for dissociation!
(I'd appreciate advice on how to make this shorter or more palatable for reach, as well!)
CW for general talk of experiences common with dissociation.
"A new perspective and assessment measure for common dissociative experiences: ‘Felt Sense of Anomaly’ "
I quite like that name, considering that's more how dissociation makes me feel as a being; like I'm an anomaly or like life/existence is.
it is specifically called the "Černis Felt Sense of Anomaly Scale (ČEFSA)." I think there may be a similar FSA, but the ČEFSA is the most commonly referenced.
the matrix, the matrix correlated to specific questions, and the diagnostic "test" are the images and documents, respectively.

cernis-fsa-test.pdf ^^I was inspired to finally post this (I'd had it completed for like 6 months...) by seeing @guardianssystem 's extensive list of resources and research. Definetely check it out if you can!
I would like to gently request that this be included as well, as it is an *extremely new scale* (developed in 2021, IIRC) and I believe it is very useful.
I find it amazing for assessing and explaining my dissociation, and since it is an "official" scale (made by a psychologist, I mean), it is impossible to ignore several filled out boxes, so most days it helps with extreme denial.
some additional papers on it are:
