BLTA on Herb Focaccia
Cut Herb Focaccia Half Sheet to size, slice in half horizontally, then layer with bacon, lettuce, tomato, avocado, mayo, and black pepper.

Slice Herb Focaccia Half Sheet in half horizontally. Layer with ingredients. Then cut sandwiches to size. Party style!
Greek Turkey Burgers on Franklin Street Bakery Egg Bun 2 Tbsp fresh chopped Mint 1 Tbsp finely chopped Oregano 1 lb ground Turkey 1/4 cup Feta Cheese, crumbled 1/2 Tbsp Salt 1/2 Tbsp Pepper 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice 1 Tbsp Olive Oil 1/4 cup Plain Yogurt 1/4 cup finely chopped Red Onion 2 cloves finely chopped Garlic Lettuce and tomato for topping 4 Franklin Street Bakery Egg Buns In a bowl, combine ground turkey, chopped onion, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well to evenly combine meat with seasoning. Divide mixture into 4 even pieces and shape into burger patties. Drizzle each with olive oil. Grill turkey burgers over medium heat until done. While burgers are cooking, combine yogurt, lemon juice, and chopped mint, set in fridge to chill. Spread mint sauce onto toasted Egg Buns, add turkey burger, lettuce, and tomato slices.
