Cinnamon Apple Fritter Bread - Delicious & Easy Recipe
This Easy Cinnamon Bun Bread is a tasty take on the classic cinnamon bun. It tastes great, stays moist, and can be eaten for breakfast or dessert. It is also vegan, gluten-free, and lower in sugar, so everyone can enjoy it in a healthier way!
Ingredients: 2 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour. 1/4 cup coconut sugar. 1 tbsp baking powder. 1/2 tsp salt. 1 cup unsweetened almond milk. 1/4 cup melted coconut oil. 1 tsp vanilla extract. For the cinnamon swirl:. 1/4 cup coconut sugar. 1 tbsp ground cinnamon. 2 tbsp melted coconut oil.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350F 175C. Grease a loaf pan. In a large bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour, coconut sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add almond milk, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined. In a small bowl, mix together the ingredients for the cinnamon swirl: coconut sugar and ground cinnamon. Pour half of the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Sprinkle half of the cinnamon swirl mixture over the batter. Pour the remaining batter on top, then sprinkle the remaining cinnamon swirl mixture over the batter. Using a knife, gently swirl the cinnamon mixture into the batter. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely. Slice and serve!

For the glaze:. 1/2 cup vegan cream cheese, softened. 1/4 cup powdered sugar. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon.
Instructions: In a large bowl, mix together flour, sugar, yeast, and salt. Add warm almond milk, melted vegan butter, and vanilla extract. Stir until a dough forms. Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size. In a small bowl, mix together softened vegan butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon to make the filling. Punch down the risen dough and roll it out into a rectangle. Spread the cinnamon filling evenly over the dough. Cut the dough into small squares and stack them in a greased loaf pan. Cover and let the dough rise again for about 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 350F 175C. Bake the bread for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through. While the bread is baking, prepare the glaze by mixing together softened vegan cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon until smooth. Once the bread is done, remove it from the oven and let it cool slightly. Drizzle the cinnamon cream cheese glaze over the warm bread. Serve warm and enjoy!
