The Pierce brothers are a legacy at St. George’s—all three of them. Each left their own specific mark on the school: the textbook overachiever, prankster, and party animal, respectively. Their younger sister Gemma, however, is much more used to flying under the radar. All her life she’s been flying under the radar as far as attention is concerned; she’s always found that to be much easier than its alternative. Living in the relative shadow of her brothers has caused Gemma to adopt a tomboyish world view, complete with very definitive ideas of her own success. Their daughter’s choice to go to Lefeuvre was a bit unorthodox in the Pierce’s eyes, but on some level it made sense. Even attending St. Agatha’s would force Gemma to be seen as a Pierce and subsequently be treated like a ticking time bomb throughout her education. As it is, Gemma is very confident in her decision to attend Lefeuvre, knowing the school is right for her no matter what. She even changed tracks from history to writing in her sophomore year after a particularly grueling but rewarding English course.

Gemma might be the baby of the family but she is no pushover. When push comes to shove she will always be counted on to defend herself and others fiercely. Her brothers and parents doted on her all the time as a child, and subsequently she can be very self-centered at times. Her creativity can contribute to a somewhat dreamy persona, but Gemma can always be trusted for down to earth and level-headed advice.
