Now I feel like an inattentive partner who just nods along with whatever you're saying, but that femslash pairing you're always going on about? For the ship ask, that is. I have no idea what they are called.

Haha, oh hon, it’s fine. I usually stop listening halfway through your rants about Destiel. (Sorry! (not sorry)). But I have no idea which ship you’re talking about. I guess it’s probably Jack x Shepard, whom I’ve also written about? Yes?

• when or if I started shipping it.

This is hard, um, maybe when I realized that Jack would be a perfect match for a renegade Shepard? Yes, that’s it. Just the two of them fooling around and swearing a lot <3

• my thoughts:

I really hate that Jack and Shepard aren’t a canon relationship. WHY BIOWARE MUST YOU DENY ME MY FEMALE RELATIONSHIPS?!?! Jack states that she’s bi, so I don’t see why she couldn’t be with a female gendered Shepard? It infuriates me. Because they would be so great together. 

• What makes me happy about them:

They’re ladies, that makes me happy. And, they’re both really strong, emotionally damaged women which is very appealing to me. Them trying to help each other heal and move on from past grievances. 

• What makes me sad about them:

That’s they’re not canon and that nobody but me seems to ship them? 

• things done in art/fic that annoys me:

Ha, I have nothing to go on here because last time I checked it’s my one-shot that comes up when you search jack / femShep on Ao3. 

• things I look for in art/fic:

Generally, smut. And some fluff. I hate when people do the whole “who’s the man in the relationship” i.e. who’s taking charge and calling the shots. I hate that. To me sex is equal and communicative, and sure if there’s some roleplay that someone is trying to describe, I get it.

• Who I’d be comfortable them ending up with, if not each other: 

I’d like Jack to end up with Miranda if not with Shepard. 

Shepard can honestly go with anyone she’d like (she’s her own woman, she can make her own decisions, right?!), but I prefer Garrus. 

• My happily ever after for them:

Jack branding Shep with a tattoo in ME3 and leading the rescue after the ending in ME3 and seeing the tattoo under all the rubble and saving Shepard. Watching over her in the medbay <3

• what is their favorite non-sexual activity?

Jogging, going for a run before breakfast and trying to beat each other. Then playing video games and drinking coffee on their couch.
