Gadget is the daughter of Blaze the Cat and Shadow the Hedgehog, as it turns out the pyromancer from another dimension that may or may not be housing a horrible monster mixing with an artificial lifeform does not end well. Who'd have thought? With this in mind when Gadget was born she was barely alive at all and quickly fading but thanks to the help of one of Doctor Robotnik's Roboticizers she was converted into a cyborg shortly after birth in order to save her. The machine was set to save any organic matter it could through this more or less just left her with only most of her brain and an otherwise fully mechanical body.
Over the years with the help of mechanics, she'd have a mostly normal childhood, her body having parts swapped out to mimic aging or have parts that would slowly stretch out though as soon as she could she started to learn about how her body worked, slowly becoming a robotics master in her own right just so she could repair, replace, and upgrade her own body not need help with any part of her body anymore was something she'd take great pride in, though if you just happen to be there she might as for you to adjust something in a hard to reach spot for the sake of saving time.
It should be noted that while Gadget does have a fully functional artificial womb it works differently than a normal one as it in effect takes the donor's sperm and randomizes its current traits before fertilizing an egg basically making an asexual child of the father, avoiding her DNA completely, this is because of some testing she'd done and found her DNA is still highly unstable and she fairs mixing it with someone else's would just produce another child like her, unable to survive without machines.
Gadget is overall highly confident in her skills with machines, happy to take on any challenge in her field, and is a pretty outgoing woman.
