Sam had never been this nervous in her life. It wasn’t like her to be frightened of most things but this scared the shit out of her. How was she supposed to tell him that she was pregnant and with his baby no less. Especially when she wasn’t ready for this stage of her life. Not a fibre of her being knew how he was going to react to the news and that made it all the more terrifying. Her heart sat at the bottom of her stomach which was all knots and she felt so heavy like she would sink into the floor any second. She sat there for a moment, willing words to her tongue, words that fought her every step of the way. Her mouth felt dry. “So listen, what I’m about to tell you is pretty big. But you can’t freak out, I’m already freaked out enough as it is.”
