She watched him from her seat. Breakfast was loud. Her head hurt, but she kept collected, especially through a family breakfast. A family friend breakfast. He sat next to her, but he was awfully quiet. Which was odd consider, they had been just fine at the bonfire. She didn’t dare to ask out loud, they got enough looks as it was. Reaching out her hand softly, she pressed her hand to his, “Are you alright?” tone low, only for him to hear her. She searched her face, trying to read it.
