everywhere he looks, linc swears he can see codes. it’s a side effect from having been up on his computer all night, trying to finish an assignment for a class he had in two days. it had been one of those assignments everyone thought they could hold off until last minute, until it was actually last minute and now you were struggling with the results of your earlier decision. he never waits until last minute for an assignment, but parties came up last weekend and his friend offered him free weed and it was all too tempting. so here he is, knocking on the door of the only man who can possibly help him salvage the project he’s absolutely screwed on now. adam and him are as close as two people can be with such an age difference, but their love of tech is enough to almost make that small fact disappear.
as soon as adam opens the door, he sighs, the look of desperation in his eyes enough to make anyone feel sympathy for him. or at least, he hopes it’s enough. “coding. how much do you know about it? enough to help with a computer science lab assignment that’s due in a day?”
