I'm very used to his presence at this point, and honestly, I think we need each other's help more than we need the space.

Yes. But as long as I keep getting him back, we can work it out.

Aren't you scared that Ares is going to be different when he gets back from the ranch? That he might not be the little brother you've come to love again?
I don't think anyone will come back the same from the Ranch. It will take more than that to stop me from loving my brother. And if it does, I will learn to love him again.

What are your thoughts on Ares' "relationship" with Nicki?
They seem to care a lot about each other, and I care about both of them, so I only have positive thoughts. What do you want me to do, go full protective big brother and threaten Nicki about breaking his heart? I am pretty sure she can snap me in half.

Who do you feel more comfortable confiding in, Mayra or Ares?
Mayra has been a constant for years, and that can't be easily substituted. My brother and I still have work to do, but what matters the most is that we're trying.
