“i take thee at thy word!” penelope called out from underneath the stage balcony up to brynne. they had been practicing for what seemed like only moments but really was a good while. “call me but love, and i'll be new baptized; henceforth i never will be romeo.” she decided to do a bit of an accent seeing as her normal speaking voice had been called ‘shrill’ once before and she thought romeo deserved better.
penelope was all about dramatics. she loved a good tragedy that’s why she knew she had to play a lead. being cast along side brynne was just a plus. “what do we think of this accent? too british?”
