It had been a few weeks before Shego finally felt that she could really venture out of her apartment. Copper had been around when he could between work and all, allowing for her to get in some sleep...but. As a whole she was horribly drained and she hadn’t been able to think much about going to see anyone, let alone heading into town. It took her a little time to prepare, tucking Isabel’s feet into little boots, making sure she was bundled up in warm clothing, before she utilized the wrap she had gotten, making it so that she could tie her close to Shego’s chest and bundled up nice and warm, properly supported by it.
Only once she was sure that Isabel was properly secured, did Shego finally head out of the apartment, smiling down at her baby as she started in the direction of Hatter’s. She didn’t think she would stay in there long, just enough to get a drink and leave, as she was too stir crazy at home. Maybe she would also get a few groceries and have it be that. She didn’t want to expose Isabel to any place with too many people. Shego had looked into the dangers for newborns. She had left prepared, with a bag of supplies in tow as well.
She looked up just in time to avoid bumping into another. “Hey, watch it.” Shego said, though her tone was softer than her words might suggest, not wanting to startle the baby and make her cry. She would have to glare instead to make her irritation known that way. “You almost bumped my kid.”
– RICKY IS JUST HANGING OUT IN HIS ROOM, actually going to the effort of unpacking, because hey, maybe he will stay here a while when he can’t ignore it any more: something smells SO fucking good. following his nose, he wanders out to the common area with the kitchens ( which he hasn’t been to yet...not that he cooks, but nice ! ) “ so... ” he draws out the word, leaning on the counter as he peers over at what isabel is doing, “ what’s going on here ? ” and will she be SHARING ?

Dahlia pushed open the door to the Chilled Creamery, the familiar chime of the bell ringing out as she stepped inside. Immediately, she was hit by the sweet smell of various ice cream flavors and fresh waffle cones, which brought a smile to her face. The last few days had been so unbearably hot that this was the perfect afternoon treat, and she’d been craving their ice cream all week. As she stepped up to the counter, Dahlia’s eyes scanned the specials board landing on today’s intriguing new flavor: Blueberry Cheesecake. She moved to get in line when she recognized the person immediately in front of her. “Isabel?” Lia called out, unsure before she came to stand beside her friend. “Oh my god, hi! I haven’t seen you in a while!”
