mavis was so excited when she heard wind that jonathan was returning to elias. she had practically jumped out of bed when she received his text he was back in town recently. the raven haired girl had an inkling feeling that he had been here longer than he was leading on. but, she let that feeling set aside for now. she was getting to see johnny. nothing else mattered. it had been far too long. as she walked down the sidewalk, up to his apartment she fiddled with her protection ring, a gift sent from her father of her motherās, a tad nervous for how he would react. maybe nervous wasnāt the word she was thinking of for this feeling. if felt more like excitement mixed with butterflies. it tickled in her stomach but not to the point of making her sick.Ā
she gave a knock and waited for him to open the door. once it did, her blue eyes flashed a purple-pink color. ājonathan.ā she breathed out, her zing was back. she couldnāt wait much longer before she tackled him in a hug, āi need to know all about your adventures since youāve been gone.ā
