The moment he’d gotten a text from Kenny, especially this late at night, he knew something had gone wrong. Bring everything.. Yeah, something had gone majorly wrong. Backpack slung up on his shoulder, Allen braves the, thankfully, quick walk from the apartment to Kenny’s shop. He’d never been more happy that a video game store was located so close to him. Which, considering his slight video game addicted, was saying something.

Despite his brisk walk, he still took the opportunity to appreciate his surroundings. It wasn’t often he was out this late, never by himself, and it was.. nice. The cool Vegas night air allowed him a moment to clear his head, to not focus on what’s about to go down in his near future - hell, he’d be lucky if he even had a future after tonight. How he even survived this long is a blessing. Most others around him had been long gone, more often dead than retired, but he stuck around, not quite ready to give up the thrill ride.

Shaking his head, those weren’t the type of thoughts he should be having tonight. Not when something major was about to happen. Hand tightening around his backpack’s strap, he takes a deep breath and walks into Kenny’s store, quietly shutting the door behind him.
