it wasn't even her team, yet here she stood watching some of the older kids playing soccer. they were pretty good, though it didn't take long for a shot to go high and wide. riley's eyes following the ball for a split second, before they jumped for it so it didn't hit the other person approaching.
"i would have just said heads up... but that felt kinda rude." she tossed the ball back to the kids. finally making eye contact with the other. "so, i guess... sorry if you wanted to show off your really cool soccer skills or something."
