sneaking off from donnie was easier said than done. april had been slipped a note and had to investigate. a secret admire? there was no possible way.. well it was a possibility but she hadn’t remembered anyone actively admiring her.. guess that’s the point of a secret. meet me in the garden at seven was instructed on the paper. so, she had been stirring and thinking of a way to dump donnie off. when she noticed a nice ice sculpture she used that as a distraction and ducked into the crowd, weaving her way into the exit quickly and out into the garden. 

looking back to make sure donnie wasn’t following her she walked straight into another with a wham. “ugh!” she said, pushing herself off of them. “leo?!” she exclaimed when she looked up realizing who she had bumped into. “you’re my secret admirer? oh, no!”

“hey - i know you!” eric called over across the bar. he made his way to the counter, “pizza guy, i didn’t know you worked here.” he chuckled. but then again he didn’t really know much about him besides he was hard to forget. eric had never been a stranger. he was a king in the making and he was taught from a young age how to socialize with others. “i guess it helps to have a cute bartender pouring the drinks. makes you want to spend more time at the bar.”
