❝    i  mean ,  back  then  it  seemed  like  i  did  a  lot .   it  was  a  lot  because  it  took  longer !   probably  would  still  be  a  lot  t’day ,  though ,  honestly .    not  as  much ,  but  a  good  amount .   it’s  not  that  i  wasn’t  busy  that  upsets  the  historians ,  though ,  trust  me .    ❞              he’s  met  wizard  historians ,  he’s  been  kicked  out  of  places  arguing  with  them ,  too !    each  claiming  he  knew  so  little  of  the  great  merlin  which  would  just  make  him  laugh  later  on .   oh ,  how  white  their  faces  would  go  if  he  introduced  himself  now .            ❝    they  get  upset  when  i  tell  them  that  merlin  was  kept  busy  doing  arthur’s  chores  as  his  manservant .    seriously ,  i  don’t  know  where  the  idea  that  i  was  arthur’s  advisor  came  from  but  i  never  was !    he  asked  me  for  advice  or  opinions  sometimes  as  a  friend  but  it’s  not  like  that  was  in  my  pay .   ❞
