vivi was going through a wave of all emotions, at one moment she was super hyped and at others she would find herself stressing out about the smallest things. she was obviously nervous this was going to be her first festival and an top of that she was performing some unreleased songs, she wasn’t sure how people were going to react to them. “you know what i need,” she said to her best friend, tearing her eyes away from the window of their private jet. “a drink.” she grabbed her bag and pulled out the bottle of hennessy. “i really don’t think i can perform sober.”

       “stasssss,”  he  sings ,  stretching  out  her  name  simply  to  be  a  little  more  annoying  --  strumming  his  guitar  loudly.  he  lays  across  her  living  room  couch,  visibly  bored  out  of  his  mind.  scott  spends  alot  of  time  with  either  of  his  siblings.  depending  on  the  day,  he’d  spend  the  entirity  of  his  afternoon  pestering  one  of  them  or  brodie --  whomever  he  missed  most  that  day.  his  messy  mop  of  blonde  hair  pokes  through  his  hoodie.  the  boy  looks  up ,  finally  spotting  his  sister.  “yo,  what  you  been  doing  all  day?”  he  lets  out  a  small  sigh.  “did  you  see  mom’s  text?  apparently,  they’re  coming  to  town  next  week. ”

         loosing  brodie  and  harris  in  the  crowd,  scott  found  himself  bored  and ( worse )  alone. ever  since  he  was  a  kid,  he  really  can’t  stand  being  alone for  too  long.  even  in  a  festival  full  of  people  ended  up  feeling  a  little  bit  lonesome.  though,  lucky  as  ever  he  spots  a  familiar  head  of  blonde  hair.   fantastic  --  someone  to  annoy.    he’s  thankful  he’s  perfectly  sober  for  now.  catching  up  to  her,  scotty  playfully  flicks  the girl’s  ear .  already  laughing  at  her  reaction,  scotty  pulls  on  a  bright  grin.  “ hey  tiny,  i  was  wondering  if  you  made  it  here  yet. ”  he  greets.  “ i  saw  you  were  preforming  this  weekend?   you  excited?”  he’s  excited  to  see  her  preform.  probably  more  than his  own  performance.

      turns  out,  working  the  kissing  booth  is  actually  more  fun  than  he’d  thought  it  be.  aside  from  making  sure  to  stay  a  cautious  5  feet  away  from  marnie  the  entire  day,  he’d  actually  been  enjoying  giving  out  a  kiss  or  two  to  total  strangers (  aka  mostly  just  midnight  vandals  fans  ).  finally  able  to  catch  a  break,  he  wasn’t  really  looking  for  stas  anymore.  scott  had  given  up  on  that   a  few  hours  ago.  everytime  he  casually  strolled  past  the  horse  carriage  ride  ,  his  sister  just  happened  to  be  no  where  in  sight.  it’s  a  major  red  flag  for  him  to  have  gone  an  entire  day  without  speaking  to  stas  while  she’s  only  a  mere   few  yards  from  him.        he  was  going  to  figure  this  out.        finally  spotting  a  familiar  head  of  blonde  hair  (  and  a  mermaid  costume )  scott  picks  up  his  strides  to  catch  up  with  the  girl.  “ yo,  where  you  been  tiny?”  he  says  in  a  chuckle.  “ been  looking  everywhere  for  you!”  he  knows  what  he  wants  to  ask ...  even  if  he’s  playing  a  little  naive  to  it.  he’d  like  to  hear  about  angel  and  harris --  better  yet,  if  he’d  have  to  punch  either  of  them  anytime  soon.  “killin’  the  lizard  look,  seriously.”  he  jokes,  knowing  full  well  she’s  a  mermaid  -- he’s  just  purposefully  annoying  her  as  usual.

do  you  think  you’re  anything  like  your  biological  parents?  why  or  why  not?  

he  doesn’t  know  it  but, damn  he’s  like  his  mom  and  father.  hotheaded  and  prone  to  ghosting,  something  they  both  passed  down  to  him.  spent  very  few  of  his  formative  years  with  his  biological  mother  ( and  literally  has  never  even  seen  his  dad. ) 

“ i  barely  remember  my  biological  mom  so...  i  don’t  know  for  sure.  from  what  i’ve  heard?  i  really  fucking  hope  not  cause,  she’s... not  really  all  that  great  of  a  person  and  an  addict ... ”

between  his  foster /  adoptive  parents,  way  more  like  ryland .  shares  a  few  of  his  interests  ( outside  of  music )  with  his  foster  dad  because  i’d  venture  to  say  he  really  looked  up  to  him  when  he  first  moved  in  with  them.  his  sense  of  humor,  love  for  food,  all  that? comes  from  ryland. 

how’s  your  relationship  with  your  parents /  guardians ( whomever  you  spent  most  of  your  childhood  with )?  

ryland:  he’d  never  say  it ,  but  his  favorite  parent  lowkey  is  ryland.  they literally  have  the  best  relationship .  they’re  really  close.  makes  alot  of  sense  that  the  kid  who  tested  the  patience  of  his  parents  the  most  grew  quite  fond  of  the  most  lenient  parent.  the  two  of  them  together?  the  worst,  trouble  making  combo  to  ever  exist.  true  partners  in  crime,  especially  now  that  scott’s  older.  period.  scott  adores  him. 

elizabeth:  soft.  scott’s  never  more  vulnerable  around  anyone  else.  she’s  always  been  able  to  see  right  through  the  sarcasm  and  bad  attitude.  liz  and  scott  really  do  just  connect  in  a  way  he  probably  doesn’t  connect  with  most.  she’s  hard  on  him ,  but   it’s  really  just  because  from  day  one  she’s  seen  so  much  potential  in  him. but,  scott  has  a  tendency  to  want  to  hide  things  from  liz  just  because  she  sees  so  much  good  in  him and  he  hates  disappointing  her.  

florence:  an  icon.  honestly  is  the  most  honest  with  scotty  and  for  that?  he  do  be  stanning probably  outwardly  looks  like  he  doesn’t  like  her  but  the  two  just  playfully  bicker  sarcastically. 

how  do  they  feel  about  your  rise  in  fame /  wealth?  

super  proud  of  him !  tbh  he  could’ve  turned  out  a  whole  lot  worse  and  liz  always  thought  he  had  potential  in  music.  they  do  occasionally  have  to  humble  him   because  at  some  point  in  his  career  ( sounds  good  feels  good  days )  the  money  and  clout  really  got  to  his  head. he  was  kinda  being  a  dick  for  awhile.  but  tbh  his  whole  family  cut  that  out  real  quiCK.  

any  siblings? how  many  of  them  and  how  old  are  they?  what  do  they  do  for  a  living?  what  are  your  thoughts  on  them?

4  siblings issa crazy house my friends. this  is  me  realizing  scott  have  major  middle  child  syndrome  and  i-- dfgdjaddf

stas:  GEEEZZZ he  do  be  loving  stas.  other  than  scout,  she’s  the  first  person  he’d  grown  comfortable  around.  as  with  pretty  much  all  of  his  family,  scott  is  incredibly  protective  over  stas.  though  technically  be  his  older  sister,  he  kinda  feels  like  he  ought  to  looks  after  her.   scott  thinks  the  world  of  her.  unknowingly  uses  what  she  thinks  as  a  general  moral  compass  ( most  of  the  time ).  so,  if  she  doesn’t  think  somethings  okay  chances  are  scott  agrees  100%  blindly.  unless   it’s   about  punching  harris .  they’re  just  really  close! he’s  equal  parts  annoying  little  brother  and  loyal  golden  retriever  with  her. 

scout:  mannnnn  this  could  be  three  pages  long.   scott  and  scout  have  quite  a  bit  of  history ,  as  a  result  one  could  argue  scout’s  essentially  a  babysitter /  parent  figure  in  his  life.  aside  from with  their  mother,  scott  doesn’t  let  his walls  nearly  as  easy  as  he  does  with  scout.  while  yes  he’s  always  down  to  fight  for  scout,  scout’s  kinda  the  protector  in  this  dynamic.  much  like  stas ,  he  looks  to  scout  for  what’s  good  and  bad  --  though,  he  arguably  listens  to  scout  a  little  bit  more  depending  on  the  day.  tells  scout  just  about  everything (  even  the  things  scout  could  do  without  hearing )  and  the  two  are  insanely  close.

suzy:  his  little  sister!  rebellious,  intelligent,  and  creative.  unsurprisingly,  scotty  makes  it  a  sport  to  annoy / embarrass  her.  another  person  he’d  really  throw  hands  for  though. she  definitely  claims  to  dislike  scotty,  even  though  the  two  text  and  facetime  constantly.  she  goes  to  scotty   to  keep  a  secrets  like  when she  sneaks  out and  needs  an  alibi .  while  scott  discourages  her  from  breaking  the  rules ,  he’ll  always  cover  for  her.  it’s  cute .  

shiloh:  the  baby  of  the  family and  definitely  someone  scott  rallies  around.  scott  sees  a  little  bit  of  his  younger  self  in  shiloh.   their  relationship  is  just  scott  trying  to  hype  him  up  99%  of  the  time,  and  shiloh  thinking  he’s  this  big  cool  rockstar.  a  big  motivator  for  scott  to  not  be  a  total  fuck  up  because  he  knows  shiloh  looks  up  to  him.
