Josie was woken up by Teddy Bear eagerly jumping up onto the bed with them and Wil, whining softly to get someone’s attention. They knew that Wil could get up and walk him, but they were happy to get out of bed quickly before him and throw some clothes on to take Bear outside. Wil liked sleeping in more than they did, and they were always happy to get a little time out and about with the dog they claimed as their nephew. He did his business out by the sidewalk in front of Wil’s building, and they came back inside to flip his bedroom lights on.
“Rise and grind, Wilder,” they chimed cheerily, plopping down onto his bed again and patting him on the side. “Bear and I have walked and I’m in severe need of pancakes now, so get your lil’ butt up.”
