Televised Revolution – TV Network Responsibilities (Ep 308)
This week the Aus TV industry have launched yet another 24/7 home shopping / infomercial channel, while also campaigning to move M classified content to 7:30pm (when the kiddies are still about). Considering that these are public airwaves licensed to them, are either of these moves something the public at large accept? Is this a good use of the spectrum to the benefit of the viewing public? And who are we to judge?
The panel this week explore this, while also running through the TV news, play the theme song quiz, and offer their thoughts on what they have loved and hated on TV this week.
At Televised Revolution, we look forward to receiving your mail and check us out on the Twitter. You can also find the podcast on iTunes (please leave us a review, it helps people find the show).
