FTF || Josie and Robin ||9/13

Josephine had only popped back to her room to get some fresh clothes when she found the invite for Robin’s sleepover.  Turning around  as the door opened Josephine held up the piece of card, “Thanks for the invite.  I hadn’t realised it was your birthday soon.  It’s nice your brother is letting you use his room.”

Just breathe || 4.28

Josephine had gone to have a quick look at the dash before going to the library and was more than a little surprised to see Robin exploding at everyone.  The brunette was mad at her sister’s comment but she would deal with that separately and much as she usually disliked Robin she could totally understand getting incredibly frustrated.  She looked up when the dorm room opened and was about to make a snarky comment, changing it at the last minute.  “If there was ever a time to break that strict diet of yours and get out the chocolate or ice cream then this is it,  I’ll even share mine,” she said gently, at least trying to be nice.

Maisie was just tying up the bouquet when she heard the bell on the florists door jingle, “I’ll be with you in a moment.”   Picking up the flowers she turned to see Robin, flashing him a smile before handing over the bouquet, “Here you go Mr Wilson, I hope Mrs Wilson enjoys them.”  Smiling as the elderly gentleman left she turned to the blonde grinning, “So can I help you?”

The hardest word  || Raisin

Maisie stewed for a long time after Robin’s final text, tossing and turning in vain most of the night.  By the morning her temper had cooled and she just felt sick over causing him distress yet again.  Waiting until she was sure he would be home she couldn’t leave it any longer.  Her oversized sweater covering her leggings down to her knees, she knocked on Robin’s door, holding out the covered dish of mac and cheese when he opened the door, “I figured you wouldn’t have made your dinner yet.”

Bedtime tales || 8/3

Maisie slipped out of bed pulling down her short nightdress and grabbing just her phone and keys headed to Robin’s room.  She let herself in made her way straight to his bedroom.  “Hey,” she murmured softly as she climbed into bed, immediately cuddling against him, her head resting on his chest.

Questions|| 7/15/16

Maisie had been on edge since she arrived at Robin’s room.  It should have been fun and relaxed, it was their three month anniversary and she was finally all recovered from the accident but instead she just had questions to ask and was so nervous of ruining what they could possibly have that she was in a daze.  “I’m done,” she said eventually, putting down the rest of her pizza slice.  “Do you want anymore or shall I tidy up?”

F2F: How are you feeling, baby? Any better?

F2F: I’m fine as long as I don’t try to move!  At least the really strong pain meds are done and the new ones don’t seem to make me quite as crazy.

Birthday Picnic  6/15/16

Maisie led Robin down towards the little wooded area by the trees, verging between bouncing with excitement and wanting to throw up she was so nervous he would hate it.  She hadn’t yet given him any presents or really mentioned his birthday so had little measure of how he would react.  As they got closer she stopped  and took both his hands. “Close your eyes and trust me,” she said softly, biting her lip as she finished.  When he complied she led him to over to the picnic.  “Open your eyes....happy birthday Robin.”  Stepping out of the way she let him take in Sarah’s amazing picnic spread and his friends who had come.
