I ate so little today :)
I only have one pair of pants I like wearing and it's killing me. I hate how I look in the rest. I need to lose. I don't want to feel like I feel. I want to be skinny.
I'm setting a step goal for when I'm going to eat. So basically right now I have 3k steps, and I have to get 5k steps before I can eat. It's doable and a good challenge.
