Feel like people have to hear this and know what's at risk from personal experience as someone who's been going between bed and restriction for 8 years now

I'm going to be so honest right now, my metabolism has absolutely crashed and hasn't improved in ages and I'm currently suspecting hypothyroidism because I'm not able to lose any weight whatsoever, even with heavy restrictions I'm only staying stable.

I'm pretty sure my b12 deficiency and pernicious anemia was a trigger for it based on what I've read and discussed with my doctor and vitamins aren't doing shit for me rn.

My hair is falling out, my ezcema is at its peak and my skin is cracking, I'm insanely constipated almost daily to the point where I double over in pain from it and I'm so insanely tired even after 10 hours at night and these days even taking naps during the day (which is uncommon for me I never do this unless I'm super sick) . I do not feel pretty right now, i do not feel great in any way shape or form and I'm sluggish and can barely keep myself doing basic tasks.

So please don't be stupid like me and supplement your b12 and keep tabs with your doctor !! /srs

Weight loss is like a Duolingo streak. It doesn't matter if you miss one day, as long as you stay consistent on the long run. After two months of consistency, one day of slip won't be much, so don't get discourged if you mess up one day. It's only that, one day

today was a good day irt restriction. I had a small breakfast, regular lunch and small afternoon meal that doesn't really qualify as dinner but I'm not having dinner. I was gonna skip breakfast, but I think I need to work my way up to that, I don't want to end up binging because I was rushing. I almost binged on Saturday, but I managed to be fine by sleeping through it. I lost most of the day to that.
