What if?

What if the stars were lost souls? Wise old people with more knowledge than ever told. Would you listen? Would you speak? Would you seek out what they leaked?

I know a man who stares at the stars Rifle at the ready, wide awake, holding it steady He gets relieved and leaves post to feel the breeze As he looks up at the stars, he can’t help but seem at peace As the world explodes with violence This soldier is so content, so at ease.

I know a boy who stares at the stars Like they’re telling him secrets He writes in his journal, tells it his hopes, pen in hand, writing as if he needs the notes. What if the stars did tell him secrets? If they told him the secret to his dreams, Would he stay quiet and keep it?

If you want your relationship to last

You're gonna have to understand that not every single day is going to feel magical. Not every day is going to give you butterflies, but you stay together because you can't imagine your life without that person or belonging to that person. You're gonna have to try to understand one another and just deal with the fact that they might not be as capable with you as they are with other people. You're gonna have to trust them, a lot. I know it may seem a little iffy when they don't text you back for hours or if they aren't as sweet to you one day. Just trust that your love is enough and move on. You're gonna have to show them you love them too. It doesn't have to be big either, most of the time it's the little things that show it the most. It may be texting them sweet things, calling to hear their voice, going out of your way to see them, writing them poems, cooking, cleaning, idk there's all kinds of stuff to show them you love them. Another thing is, don't pressure them to do somethin or expect things of them. If there's something they won't do, maybe you make them nervous or maybe they don't think you want to. Don't pressure them to have sex, make out, hold your hand, cuddle, kiss, whatever it is, don't pressure them to do it. If you cared about them you wouldn't do that, and more importantly if you wanted them to do it so bad you would do it yourself. Take action! Another thing is communicate, communicate, COMMUNICATE. Tell them anything your feeling. No matter what. Just tell them. I know this is random, I'm just tired of seeing couples break up for the dumbest reasons. One of my friends just broke up with a good guy cause he wasn't a good kisser -.- Just take this advice, all of you please. Don't do anything stupid. - FTRK
