as I threatened, I'm here to request some dating Riven headcanons??? because. that drabble was just the cutest and I need more couple content now

Alright, it’s been a while since I watched Fate but let’s see what I can come up with lol

He doesn’t even ask you out. He kisses you, and kind of… assumes you’re dating now.

The real reason he doesn’t ask you out is because he’s so fucking scared of messing it up.

Can flirt with everyone and everything unless he really likes someone, in which case he kinda turns into an asshole bc he’s trying to avoid his feelings.

At some point, after stealing his sweaters one too many time, he just hands them to you before you can even try to steal them.

He’s always so fucking happy to see you. Even if it’s only been an hour or two, his entire face lights up when he sees you. Sky teases him relentlessly for this.

He can be romantic if he wants to, but he mainly shows it on special occasions -anniversaries, Valentine’s Day, your birthday…

He’s always genuinely surprised when you do something for him. Doesn’t matter what, he’s just surprised that someone thinks he’s worth time and effort.

alright so I had a shit ass day and I'm kind of in my sad feels today which is, well, not good considering my sad feels could possibly be depression or close to it BUT I'm not here to vent (even though I do probably overshare a lot anyway, sorry about that), no, I'm here to request some dating Sam headcanons because I think I haven't done that yet

Most considerate sweetheart to have ever walked the earth.

He has the memory of a goldfish, but when it comes to you, he’ll remember pretty much everything you tell him.

If you look even slightly cold, he’ll give you his jacket and trying to refuse it is not an option in this case.

Very physically affectionate (if you’re okay with that, of course). He likes holding your hand or having an arm around your waist as you walk down the hall. This is even more the case when he’s tired.

If you have any pets, they absolutely adore him (please imagine him with a dog!!)

He loves surprising you. Whether that’s pulling you into an alcove to sneak a quick kiss between classes, or with flowers he tried to grow himself but had to ask Terra for help with.

Sam/Riven being jealous because their love interest can't choose between them????? like. I don't want Musa to be that love interest but she's probably gonna be exactly that love interest anyway so might as well have a drabble/some headcanons about it now lmao

I’m honestly hoping so badly that, if Musa and Riven do get together, she and Sam just kinda decide they’d rather be friends and become the most hilarious duo ever. Like, just picture Sam teasing Riven, who turns to his loving girlfriend Musa for support, but she just goes “oh no, he’s right, you are an idiot”

Anyway, they’re headcanons bc I suck at writing love triangles lol

Sam doesn’t get jealous easily. He’s a very trusting person, but I feel like he does value honesty.

So if you’re straightforward with him about developing feelings for someone else (even if that someone else is Riven), he’ll accept that. He’ll give you time and space, if that’s what you need, and doesn’t pressure you.

Riven, on the other hand, has a whole bunch of self-esteem issues. He doesn’t take it well, even if you are upfront about your feelings. He’ll get upset and take some distance from you. In the end, however (probably after a very serious conversation with Sky), he realises you didn’t choose to have these feelings and he tries to handle that as well as a person can.

You can’t avoid your feelings for them forever, though. At some point you’ll have to choose.

Riven is more likely to ask you to choose. He just wants to know where he stands with you.

Sam will try to give you all the time you need, but he wants answers too of course.

It’s probably the one thing the two of them have ever agreed on lol.

They’re both very different people, so it’s a mystery to pretty much everyone how you managed to fall for both of them at once.

Whatever the case, if you do eventually break up with either of them, it won’t be a good time.

Very chaotic drunk

Like, she’s chaotic when she’s not drunk

But her chaotic ideas get about ten times worse when she’s drunk

Someone needs to keep an eye to her before she accidentally burns the whole school down

That’s another thing: she has very little control over her magic when she’s drunk

She’s set Sky’s shirt on fire more than once while she was drunk lol

Her hangovers are epic, like, she begs Aisha to just kill her already when she’s having one

Very very hard to get drunk. She holds her liquor really fucking well

She also doesn’t like getting drunk because it means she’s less in control and more likely to accidentally let something slip

But she gets super clingy when she’s drunk. Like, she calls Riven a clinger but when she’s drunk, she’s worse

Laughs at anything and everything

Bad flirting. Usually she’s really smooth, but not when she’s wasted lol

I sure do!

It’s nearly impossible for him to get drunk. Like, his alcohol tolerance is stupidly high.

But when he does get drunk it’s… something else.

He isn’t exactly one “type” of drunk. He fluctuates between the happy drunk and the emotional drunk.

So one second he’s laughing about everything and the next he’s spilling every last bit of his insecurities.

Which is why he tries not to get drunk too often because he has a reputation to uphold.

Sky is usually the one who coaxes him into going to bed. He makes sure there’s a bucket next to it, and a glass of water and some aspirin on his nightstand.

She’s much nicer when she’s drunk and she compliments everyone

If you get on her nerves while she’s drunk -which is incredibly hard to do, so shame on you if you do manage honestly- she can and will broadcast your emotions for everyone to hear
