so i figured out why im suffering terrible back pain this week...

i recently lost a bunch of weight and my stomach has shrunk some (yeay!) because of that, when my abdomen swells for my menstrual cycle, its got nowhere to go and ended up pushing on my back muscles leaving me in crippling pain.  isnt that fun guys??? isnt being a human fucking amazing??
