This phone is giving me the shtis already and I haven't even had it for that long I've just had it for a few hours.

I'm going to sound so ungrateful but,I am. It's just, I wish I never left my phone with my sister and mother. As soon as they dropped me at school, and got home, my sister hopped out of the car and fucking broke it, mind you she is turning 20 tomorrow. And so my mother went and bought me this new one...which was brought out in 2011. So it's not compatible with Windows 8 so I can't upload anything...and I'm getting so frustrated and so I feel sick. I'm shacking so much and I'm so angry. I wish she didn't go out and purchase the cheapest one...and didn't even bother checking whether it's compatible or not. It doesn't even want to work on Windows XP or Windows 7..which are my sisters and fathers computers. I'm so angry.
