You know what the best part of Ichabbie is? The fact that they didn’t do that one trope. You know the one. The one where two people are forced to work together under extraordinary circumstances but find that they can’t stand each other? They butt heads, argue, and do that thing we’re they’re all like “I don’t like you and you don’t like me but we’re going to have to learn to work together to beat this thing” and then maybe by the end of the season they’re like “maybe it’s not so bad to work with you after all.” 

Instead we immediately get OUR FATES ARE ENTWINED WE ONLY GET EACH OTHER I’M COMING WITH YOU INTO MORTAL DANGER BECAUSE WE’RE RIDE OR DIE I’M GOING TO TELL YOU SHIT I’VE NEVER TOLD ANYONE AND I’LL TEASE YOU AND WE’LL EXCHANGE HEATED LOOKS AND BORDERLINE FLIRTY BANTER BECAUSE WE ONLY GET EACH OTHER AND I FOR ONE COULD NOT BE HAPPIER ABOUT IT BECAUSE WE ACTUALLY REALLY DIG EACH OTHER!
