okay i just want to say that im so happy toh decided to go a different route with the whole 'everyone is leaving me' trope. normally the character who thinks everyone is leaving them ends up doing something blatantly selfish and trapping those the love into staying with them through deceit. and i really thought thats what eda was going to do. buT we see her throw herself into situations to ignore the feelings and even almost kills herself. its still selfish, but in a more relatable way. its tangible. and an incredible way to introduce character like raine as well. we were able to balance out the harsh reality of eda 'almost' loosing her family with the fluff and story of raine.

i love eda so much.
