no not really, lots of water though (with fruits, veggies, nuts and lean meats of course) and the occasional glass of orange juice (only occasional because it always has a bunch of sugar in it - its better to just have an orange) but i do plan on getting stuff for smoothies this weekend, im going to look up some recipes to make yummy fruit smoothies :)

true!! im just trying to detox right now, so i stop craving all the bad stuff and retrain my body to crave good things again, i did have a small glass of milk the other day and we have chocolate but its 72% cocoa with very little sugar added so its really rich and you can only have like one to two squares at a time

also my chiro said my back stuff is most likely related to my stomach and what im eating and he explained it well but its long so basically i just need to start eating better and it will also help my back in the long run

I feel like Jensen gets in awkward situations because he's somewhat insecure...which he's even said before. But like, he's afraid to look a certain way around the fans. Its so odd to me. It maybe its hard for him to have fun and make fun of himself without Jared or Misha. Because as soon as Misha showed up, he seemed not as serious. Then again he could be acting hahahah!

is this in reference to what i tagged on that post with jensen and the sorting hat?? bc if it is i feel the same way

i do think that some of it is just his con persona, like how misha is kind of a sarcastic ass in some of his panels or how sebastion roche overkills with the sexual humor, but some of it just makes me scratch my head.  I think he overcompensates a lot and tries to look like a manly straight dudebro especially at cons because i think he’s aware that we’ve seen him in his early years (jenny thunder) when he definitely went through a effeminate phase.  No matter how disconnected with social media he may be, it’s still going to get back to him one way or another and I think that because he knows we’re aware of it, he tries to overcompensate his masculinity.  I also think it has to do with his upbringing?  i mean his father told him, “there’s no manly way to drink out of a straw” which is clearly something that’s stuck with him (no matter how unbelievable it is) and i think he’s still trying to meet his father’s standards about what being a man is especially since he went through an effeminate phase.  

and yeah he totally changes when he’s with jared or misha (i mean, me personally i see it more with misha but that’s probably me putting on shipper glasses) but literally the second misha came on stage he lightened up and was smiling and didn’t seem outright annoyed at the boxes like he had two minutes earlier.  it’s amazing to see how much he relaxed when he was with misha given how tense and closed off he had been just prior to misha’s arrival. amazing.
