I HATE social services!! Today was my brother 21st birthday and they wouldn't let me see him :(( now its not like we are mega close but I really miss him. When we were kids he used to hold my hand through the bars of my cot while I slept then when I grew up we used to watch Pokemon together :( now on his 21st birthday I can't even give him the card or cake I made him!!! This fucking sucks I hate life why does it have to be so fucking unfair at times why can't I for one very important day are my big brother huh?!

I'm a mess. Switched to brown rice/wheat bread and I'm just dead tired. Quits smoking and gets a weird sinus infection. Every time I eat prunes get constipated. Man I give up on life. Just a big angry ball of hatred. Goals this month: run two miles non-stop 23mins. Plank up to 2mins. Get an ass like Nancy.
