Bought this beer like 6 months ago and somewhat unimpressed. Don’t get me wrong having lived in Colorado and done the New Belgium slide a time or 2, I dig most of their stuff.  The beer was good but I did not taste a lot of salt (maybe a good thing).  I had a rogue one I found last week and drank it. Amazingly enough it tasted better and saltier.

My 2 cents, if you decide to try this beer, try letting it age a bit. Don’t be expecting anything sweet, this is still a dark beer. Even if it does say Ben and Jerry’s.

An ode to beer

(Because I was deprived of it for a whole week...) Dear beer, How I love you so We were meant to be You give everyday things So much more throttle Like singing in the shower Or dancing with my glass bottle I'm better at things with you At least, in my mind And hell, if I'm not, I'm not too behind. Oh beer, one or two And ordinary is fun But that's all for now, I've got work in the morn.
