These are the truly excellent pancakes. They really, really were.
I didn't do it.
So last night? When I was going to browse tumblr and re-blog the living blog out of whatever I found?
That never happened. And it was great.
No expectations, nobody gave a fuck what I did with my time. It was excellent.
This morning afternoon when I woke up, I went on the Googles and I did a search for "Truly Excellent Pancakes".
The pancakes that resulted from the only recipe that I found were enjoyed by myself and the only two people in the world with whom I would ever want to eat morning pancakes. One of them has never even spent a night in my bed. They (the pancakes) were so good that I took a photo of them and send it to my mom, along with the recipe.
I will link to the recipe for Truly Excellent Pancakes here for posterity. And should you ever wish to make some really fucking good pancakes, you should make those ones.
