yesterday i had a strawberry protein yoghurt, 4 white chocolate & raspberry bars, popcorn, vegan chicken nuggets, onion rings, and sweet potato fries
today i had teriyaki rice and a tub of b&j smores with sprinkles, chocolate chips, chocolate sauce, whipped cream and strawberries

today i had mashed potatoes and cauliflower in cream sauce, est 450 c4ls
today i had an apple, a chrazy cheese bbq veggie double burger, fries, 9 onion rings and sauces, and garlic chips, aka binged, aka pvrged
today i had a bagel with a chicken-style patty, egg, cheddar and mayo, 2 bowls of pumpkin soup, a small slice of chocolate roll cake (my downfall), and 5 chocolate chip cookies
