So I am hearing unconfirmed reports that , 270 people dead, 3000 injured during internet black out by army and police. They are still blocking social media and have managed to block some vpns with periodic connectivity.... we are basically a policed state.... how can the rest of the world let this happen.... they need to step in... you all need to call, message or email your ministers , presidents United Nations and demand something be done. Ed and chiwenga and all the ministers should have complete travel bans including all their family members ... forcing them to use the failed services that they have destroyed.

They have also arrested and detained several mdc people, blaming them for the violence .... 8ncluding pester evan mawire..

Day 5

 They’ve cut us off again, blocked off the whole internet. When I get internet again I will post the screen shots. By that time I might not be in Zimbabwe any more. I think we’re running out of time, I think this will become an all-out war. Other people don’t think that, maybe they don’t want to think that. They may be staging another coup that's what I've heard. I may have to cut this part out, depending on what happens yesterday they were bringing in the fifth brigade today they turn off the internet. I don’t think it’s a coincidence They are a group of Government soldiers sent to quell dissidents (anyone who speaks against ZANU-PF) they were trained by the North Korean military their campaign is also known as Gukurahundi. They are estimated to have caused 20,000 civilian deaths that we know of.

I’m scared. But I won’t stop, I don’t care if they arrest me, beat me, rape me for speaking out and it’s a possibility, a big possibility but if I am arrested, if I am beaten and raped don’t let it be for nothing. I don’t care about myself; I care about the people of Zimbabwe being free to speak against abuses of our human rights. I want children in Zimbabwe to grow up knowing that they can hold any political views they like without them and their families being abused for it. Of course I’m afraid, everyone is but that won’t stop me from speaking out. Don’t let that be in vain. Let the world know. I want children to grow up knowing that whether they are black or white, Shona or Ndebele, gay, straight, Trans they have the same basic rights as any other human being and the government are servants to the people, not the other way around. I will not stop until Zimbabweans, no matter their identity are safe. I’ve had enough. I have had enough. I lived in England for a year and realized that no human being should ever live the way we do. I will stand by what I’ve said before trump is not the ultimate evil. He may be a bigoted toddler, but you can say what you like about him without fearing for your life.

 Back home, my mother is a domestic worker, like I am now. She’s still working, so she travels every day, leaving home at around 5 A.M. and coming back late. So I was worried about her safety too, because you can meet some ZANU-PF guys and they ask you, “which party do you belong to?” I miss my son a lot, I last saw him in December 2008… he’s nine years old, I have to be there for him, because his father has gone. He was a member of MDC, the father and he used to take part in political events.

This book was published in 2011 and even after our recent change in presidency we are still in the same position and I am scared.

BREAKING NEWS : DEATH TOLL RISES TO 276 OVER THE NIGHT

The number has risen to 276and 3000 people seriously injured.

Live ammunition is fired to any man or woman.

Sick people in houses are being beaten.Old aged people of around 60+yrs brutally beaten. Schools are closed,Hospitals are closed and nurses brutally beaten up.

13 Nigerian nationals beaten and killed,shops looted and their identities thrown away.

3 believed to be Ethiopians brutally beaten and an un disclosed amount of cash taken by police.

Army is taking groceries from the people for their own benefit.

Other shops in town were vandalised by the military especially in town and townships over the night.

People are busy preparing burials.

Pliz tell your relatives to hardly hide cash bcz the military or police are demanding cash or groceries after beating as a bribe to avoid you being detained

Army is blocking roads beating up commuters.

A First class bus that was travelling from Msanzi blocked at mbudzi groceries looted by army and police. Cash robbery taking place right now

Dear friends and colleagues all over the world.We have got intelligence information. THe information we have, We have been informed, Its not going to be very good situation in Zimbabwe. We have details now that Munangagwa has gone to source some ammunition to fight Chiwengwa. Chiwenwga is also staging a coup. Munagagwa is not coming back to be the president of Zimbabwe. Chiwengwa is taken over, they have already taken over the broadcasting corporation in the country. They are securing all the major departments in the country. What we have, is that eh, very reliable information from our sources is that Mungagwe has spoken to the Russians. He is coming from Zambia, and there is also some soldiers coming from Mozambique. So there is going to be a very serious war in Zimbabwe. People are warned to be very careful to make sure that they are safe. There are not going to be fighting and killing civilians. But Chiwengwa is trying by every chance to make sure that he does not miss this chance. So to the nation of Zimbabwe, please, please, please be on your knees try and pray. Pray very hard for the safety of your children, pray very hard for peace in the country. But for the next one month, the country is definitely going to be a war zone. MNANGAGWA AND GEN CHIWENGA REPONSIBLE FOR LOOTINGS, SHOOTINGS AND TERRORISM

Press Statement by Dr Nkululeko Sibanda (Presidential Spokesperson MDCA)

It is with profound sadness that all the reports that are now coming through to us, NGOs, churches, the courts, among other areas suggest that Mnangagwa and Chiwenga carefully coordinated an attack on Zimbabwe in the last 3 days. They organised 3 distinct groups under 3 different commanders who reported directly to General Chiwenga. Their actions were contrary to the oaths that are taken under the Constitution of Zimbabwe and are serious breaches of international law.

There was a group for looting and public violence (meant to discredit public demonstrations), one for extreme and countrywide repression (using degrading treatment such as beatings, rape, grave bodily harm) and one for killing Zimbabweans (shooting civilians to show that the government is prepared to kill).

Credible reports show that the state carefully organised ZANU PF youths, who would infiltrate the mass stayaways and loot a few shops for their personal benefit. These were not paid and were told that the loot would be their salary.

Secondly, the Genocidal former Fifth Brigade military personnel of the Gukurahundi fame were deployed in uniform to residential areas whereupon they would use North Korean repression tactics. This large group was deployed nationally and was supplied with heavy drugs.

In and around the areas of demonstrations automatic gun wielding Presidential Guards were deployed, ununiformed to do the killings, while avoiding identification as soldiers. This means victims would not know a killer was around until there are hit. These tactics are not allowed even in active war zones. This group was sober and is more closely linked to Mnangagwa than Chiwenga.

This has been the worst weekend in the history of Zimbabwe, but what is encouraging is that, after all this effort Zimbabweans report that they are not intimidated by these shameful acts by Mnangagwa and Chiwenga.

SADC must intervene and investigate these serious circumstances in which grave crimes against humanity were committed. Mnangagwa and General Chiwenga are adversely affecting the image of the region and bring SADC into disrepute over and over again
