Personal update!

I’ve been keeping up with my workouts although my runs have become a lot harder with the heat! I haven’t been able to bring Denali on a lot of my runs lately because of this (huskies and heat do not go together) which is a bummer. I’ve got a serious runner’s tan going on (racerback tank top, shorts, shoe line)! My food has not been going as well as normal, and it’s my main goal right now to get back on track with more healthy eating!
