“You’re … really not gonna tell me, are you?” Shot glass lowers to the coffee table; one of far many others that were taken hours prior. A small simper escapes, immediately knowing the answer from the hunter. Of course he would not confess what or rather, who had put him in such a jovial mood. At least, more than than the usual brooding male she has known well over time. True to nature, he has managed to divert the subject with commentary here and there but equally stubborn, Nadia has subtly pushed for a reply.
Only thing that had not been taken into account was the Russian spirits she brought. A few extras from her home stash after dropping several off in the new residence shared with Jase. Numerous hours have long passed and for once, guard drops enough to just relax. A behavior she would not typically allow around his kind but from experience, it is clear that Kaz is not like the others of his group. Not mentally nor physically given the energy and scent he gave off since their first meeting.
“Fine then.” Shoulders shrug as she leans over, yawning from exhaustion. Lids slowly threatening to close from the toll of the alcohol. Ironically enough, it appeared that the other struggled on his own to stay up – another rare sight to behold. “ … but … one day I’ll find out.” She mutters, softly smirking from the amusement. She can smell her – the unknown woman that seems to leave Kaz in far better spirits than anyone else. The scent is subtle but … it’s there – gently holding on to his frame.
“Only fair … since you … got to meet … Jase …” If the hunter had made a remark in return, it goes unnoticed by the demoness. The world goes dark and finally, slumber has taken hold of her. Chest softly rising and falling as head remains on the other’s shoulder as a means to remain sitting up. Last thing to register is a slight weight to her head and nothing more. She just … needed to sleep it off a bit. Just … for a little … while …
