Beauty Tip of the Day: How to make your eyelashes look fuller with liner! If you really want a defined eye, trace the upper inner rim of your eye with a waterproof eye liner to make your lashes look that much fuller, and to help define the shape of your eye. Using a soft Kohl pencil gently pull your upper lid up and using the kohol pencil draw along the inner rim make sure you use water proof otherwise it will just come off as quick as you put it on then apply your mascara.
