Who We Are... Veterans and Community Housing Coalition (VCHC) through the Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF) Program, helps Veteran families address issues in order to secure permanent housing🏘🏡🏢The SSVF also promotes housing stability among very ⬇️low income Veteran families who reside in or are transitioning to permanent housing. The SSVF staff 👫provides case management, housing, and outreach services in order to develop a plan to achieve housing stability. SSVF staff also serves as a link for eligible Veterans to VA benefits and other public benefits. SSVF provides temporary financial 💰 assistance to help Veteran families remain in permanent housing or obtain permanent housing.
