Visited at the famous auberge Tokuyama zushi. Chef HIroaki Tokuyama  is the authority of the fermented cuisine and produced his original Funazushi, the old-style fermented crucian carp sushi.

The part of the restaurant was excellent, but the part of the inn was like a guest house.
