had a fucking hilarious dream that tumblr replaced the "block" function with the far funnier "glock" function, which did the exact same thing except whenever anyone blocked you a random bullet hole, like a png of a bullet hole, would appear on your blog. discourse blogs were unreadable bc you'd go to the page and the sheer amount of bullet hole pngs stacked over the blogs obscured everything. I woke myself up laughing

I'm also here for angst, I feel like any time I try to make something stupid or jokey my brain will process it for too long and add angst too it even when I didn't ask for it... BUT!! Spamtenna are Looney Tune characters to me so I can never forget to stay silly with it

The pipis has haunted me but for this AU I am leaning on them being eggs. Speaking of Looney Tunes I watched the 2024 movie on the plane and now you get to read this with Daffy Ducks voice:

I would have loved to make a redraw of that scene or show the specific clip for those that haven't seen the movie, but then imagine my surprise when I go to the sites I use to usually stream movies (🏴‍☠️) and jumping an hour in or so and instead of seeing The day the earth blew up I instead see And justice for all starring Al Pacino. On all the mirror servers too. That sure was an interesting find for me, I just thought you all should know that. And good luck finding a way to watch that movie if you haven't it was really funny

Anyways, Daffy is already a funny source of inspo for Spamton that I've seen others use before so like, I could just say it's because of him. BUT REMEMBER, Back in Business AU started as me combining my KAJ songs and especially Botnia Paradise (The AU is literally named after that song from the musical) AND WOULDN'T YOU KNOW IT

Even wilder is when the director of the musical Ida Kronholm randomly showed up in the arKAJve server at the end of July and had an impromtu qna and explicitly told us that it was the KAJ boys that came up with the gold egg idea like... OKAY. They get to have the audience laugh at their jokes meanwhile I am underappreciated in my time

BUT LIKE... okay so if I've already seen two male birds lay eggs from my biggest inspos then I once again have literally have no other choice but to cast that upon Spamton as well like are you kidding me, I'm telling you guys I'm just following a prophecy already written for this AU

The most bird I've made him is giving him wings that he rarely uses but that was mostly from the Angel in the Email song, but there are a lot of bird themes in Botnia Paradise (the song Kuckelikuu is peak) so even if he doesn't have that many visual markers it is hilarious for me to just adopt mannerisms instead - and I guess??? A cloaca?? Or some variation, funky anatomy

My headcanons constantly swing between "what makes sense given X and Y information" and "what is the funniest option" so the answer will 90% of the time be "it depends" and right now it's looking something like this
